It’s time to get unstuck.

MEET LINDSEY COPE, LCSW (she/her)

I’m an Atlanta based therapist who specializes in eating disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and body image struggles.

You remember a time when overthinking every interaction, feeling out of control around food, or trying never ending attempts to “fix” things weren’t your “norm”… but now those days feel like a distant memory.

Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?

You’re in the right place.

I’m Lindsey, and I help women just like you: ones that have it within them to live a happier, more connected life, but just need the support to get there.

Many approaches to therapy for anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma focus only on changing thoughts or managing symptoms, leaving people feeling frustrated, disconnected from themselves, or like they “should” be doing better by now. I know your experiences are layered and deeply personal, so our work together is never one-size-fits-all. Instead, we move at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable, tailoring each step to your unique needs, history, and goals.

Therapy that goes beyond “just talking about it.”

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned to both the mind and body. In our work together, we won’t just talk about the issues, going over them again and again. Here, we slow things down enough to understand not just what is happening, but why. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, we explore the underlying patterns driving anxiety, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, disconnection, or struggles with food and body image.

I'll ask you questions to encourage you to dive deeper or see a new perspective; we’ll do experiential work in session to help increase nervous system regulation and connection to your body; and, at times, I may challenge you (but I promise you got this!). We’ll focus on helping you make meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t have to keep feeling stuck in a broken cycle—and you don’t have to do it alone.

Specializing In:

Modalities I Use:

I’m dedicated to helping women feel connected to their life again.

My training in eating disorders, body image issues, and anxiety means I have the expertise you need and deserve when reconnecting with yourself.

But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be a woman struggling with anxiety and hopelessness, right?

I get it because I’ve been there myself and am on my own eating disorder recovery journey. I know what it’s like to feel out of control with food, anxious that everyone around you is judging, and hopeless that things will ever get better. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist.

You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
