Who We Are

We’re glad you’re here!!

At Pace Yourself Counseling Collective, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy and nutrition counseling for adults navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, anxiety, OCD, and body image concerns. Based in Atlanta, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy to support clients across Georgia and North Carolina.

We help high-achieving individuals move beyond cycles of perfectionism, burnout, and disconnection, and toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling. We believe meaningful, lasting healing happens at a pace that feels sustainable and true to who you are.
