Who We Are

At Pace Yourself Counseling Collective, our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy and nutrition counseling for adults navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, anxiety, OCD, and body image concerns. Based in Atlanta, we offer both in-person and virtual therapy to support clients across Georgia and North Carolina.
We help high-achieving individuals move beyond cycles of perfectionism, burnout, and disconnection, and toward a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and fulfilling. We believe meaningful, lasting healing happens at a pace that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

First you'll complete the contact form here. We'll review your responses and reach out to you within the next business day with a link to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. If we both feel that we're a fit, we'll schedule your initial session.

We are out-of-network, private pay providers, which means we do not accept insurance.
We can provide you with a superbill (or “receipt”) for all sessions that you can submit to your out-of-network benefits for potential reimbursement. Clients often are able to use their Health Savings Account to pay for sessions and/or receive out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance.

Yes! We offer virtual sessions on a HIPAA compliant platform. Clients have the flexibility to choose virtual, in-person, or a hybrid model.

We ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. All sessions canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be billed at the rate of the entire session.

We are near Chastain Park on Roswell Road, conveniently located near Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Vinings, and Midtown.

Our office lobby has multiple seating options including sturdy chairs without arms. The office itself offers a high weight capacity couch that is high off the ground. There is an all gender bathroom available.
My office is located at the top of one set of stairs; virtual sessions are available and provided on a HIPAA compliant platform with closed captioning available.
